The Prize is Right Guidelines & Rules – Spring 2024

ALL MONEY must be turned into Texas Elite Fastpitch for record keeping and distribution.

1. 1. There is no limit to the number of tickets any individual may purchase. 

• Cost of each ticket is $20 or 6 tickets for $100. Six for $100.00 option must be sold to the same person. 

1. The prizes are supplied by Texas Elite Fastpitch in Katy, Texas USA and are not transferable unless otherwise noted.   
2. Online purchase of tickets is available at www.TexasElite.com
3. Players’ name MUST BE placed on stub or in the comments online for your Player to receive credit.
4. Last day to purchase tickets online is NOON May 10th, 2024. 
5. All manual tickets must be turned in by NOON May 10th, 2024.
6. Random drawing will take place on May 17th, 2024 at approximately 7pm central time. Winner need not be present to win. 
7. TEASA reserves the right to extend or end this raffle at any time.  Notification will be made at www.texaselitefastpitch.com.
8. Proceeds from the raffle benefit Texas Elite Amateur Sports Association, youth programs. Texas Elite Amateur Sports Association is a non-profit 501(c)3 charity organization and your contribution may be deductible for income tax purposes. 
9. You must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States to purchase a ticket. 
10. Winner must be at least 18 years of age. Prizes are not transferable. The person designated on the ticket must claim the prize.  Prizes must be claimed in person at 6911 Terrace Rdg, Katy, Texas 77494.  NOTE: Tickets should not be made out to children below the age of 18.
11. Winners will be notified, using the name, address, phone number and or email address provided on the ticket stub completed by the purchaser. In the event TEASA is unable to contact the winner by any of the means provided on the stub it is the sole responsibility for the winning ticket holder to contact TEASA to claim their prize. Prizes are not transferable, the person designated on the ticket must claim the prize. 
12. Winners will be responsible for any applicable Federal, State and local taxes. 
13. TEASA limits any and all liability to the purchase price of ticket purchased. 
14. TEASA will not sell or provide your contact information to any 3rd party organization.
15. *TEASA is Texas Elite Amateur Sports Association / Texas Elite / Texas Elite Fastpitch.
16. One $2,000 Grand Prize Winner will be drawn.
17. One $1,000 winner, One $750 winner, One $500 winner, Three $250 winners will be drawn.
