CASH in A FLASH 2026 Guidelines & Rules – Spring 2026 ALL MONEY must be turned into Texas Elite Fastpitch for record keeping and distribution.

1. The prizes are supplied by Texas Elite Fastpitch in Katy, Texas USA and are not transferable unless otherwise noted.   
2. Cost of each ticket is $10 each. 
3. There is no limit to the number of tickets any individual may purchase. 
4. Online purchase of tickets is available at www.TexasElite.com or www.TexaseEliteFastpitch.com 
5. Players’ name MUST BE placed on stub or in the comments online for your Player to receive credit.
6. Last day to purchase tickets online is NOON Monday May 18th, 2026. 
7. All manual tickets must be turned in by NOON Wednesday May 13th, 2026.
8. Random drawing will take place on May 20th, 2026 at approximately 7pm central time. Winner need not be present to win. 
9. Texas Elite reserves the right to extend or end this raffle at any time.  Notification will be made at www.TexasElite.com or www.TexaseEliteFastpitch.com.
10. Proceeds from the raffle benefit Texas Elite Amateur Sports Association, youth programs. Texas Elite Amateur Sports Association is a non-profit 501(c)3 charity organization and your contribution may be deductible for income tax purposes. 
11. You must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States to purchase a ticket. 
12. Winner must be at least 18 years of age. Prizes are not transferable. The person designated on the ticket must claim the prize. Prizes must be claimed in person at 6911 Terrace Rdg, Katy, Texas 77494.  NOTE: Tickets should not be made out to children below the age of 18.
13. Winners will be notified, using the contact information, provided on the ticket stub completed by the purchaser. In the event Texas Elite is unable to contact the winner by any of the means provided on the stub it is the sole responsibility for the winning ticket holder to contact Texas Elite to claim their prize. Prizes are not transferable, the person designated on the ticket must claim the prize. 
14. Winners will be responsible for any applicable Federal, State and local taxes. 
15. Texas Elite limits any and all liability to the purchase price of ticket purchased. 
16. Texas Elite will not sell or provide your contact information to any 3rd party organization.
17. Texas Elite is Texas Elite Amateur Sports Association Inc. / Texas Elite / Texas Elite Fastpitch.
18. Two $1,000 Grand Prize Winners Two $750 winners, Two $500 winners, Two $200 winners, Two $100 winners will be drawn.
